How long does it take to list an event?
Just 5 minutes. Connect Stripe, add basic details, upload three or more images, set your ticket types, and you're live. No coding or complicated setup required.
How do people discover my events?
Events appear in the Xplore Local app where thousands of locals browse for things to do. Your own community get notified in-app, and you can share direct links on your social media.
When do I get paid for ticket sales?
Immediately. Money from ticket sales goes directly to your Stripe account. We don't hold your funds.
What if my event is canceled or rescheduled?
Simple in-app tools let you update, reschedule, or cancel events with automatic notifications to ticket holders. If canceled, you control the refund process through your Stripe dashboard.
Is there a limit to how many events I can create?
None at all. Create as many events as you want, with as many ticket types as you need. One-offs, recurring series, workshops, tastings—it's all included.
Can I offer discounts or early bird tickets?
Absolutely. Create multiple ticket types with different prices, limited quantities, and custom availability windows. Early access for your followers is built-in.
