FAQ
Do I get paid?
Yes — we believe in fair reward for meaningful work. Ambassadors join us on a three-month paid contract, with a clear set of goals around growing our Certified Independent movement in your community. You’ll receive a base payment for your time and commitment, plus performance bonuses for hitting agreed targets. Think of it as a partnership: the more we achieve together, the more you earn, while helping independents and communities thrive.
Can this become a full-time role?
Definitely. Our best ambassadors will be offered full-time City Lead positions as we grow.
How much time does it take?
We’re flexible — every ambassador’s situation is different. That said, this isn’t a side hustle: to make real impact, we ideally want ambassadors to treat it as a full-time focus over the three months. The more energy you put in, the more businesses you’ll bring on board, and the bigger the rewards.
What support do I get?
Training, templates, merch, event kits, 1:1 calls with HQ, and a support network of other ambassadors across Europe.
