Henry's
Henry’s is a quietly chic, modern British bistro located on the very pretty, traffic-free lane of Saville Row. Having gained experience working at restaurants across the world, Head Chef and owner Henry returned to Bath in 2016 to turn his hand to his own venture. .
Focussing just as much on vegetarian dishes as conventional, Henry’s has proved a popular choice for people looking to eat more sustainably. There are 3 menus, one for omnivores, one for vegans and a general 4-course tasting menu. Each is short, yet extremely well considered, changing every 4-6 weeks to tie in with what’s available seasonally. Vegetables are sourced from Somerset, fish from Brixham market and meat from Bath’s own Bartlett Butcher, which Henry inventively combines to create exciting, exquisite flavours, providing plates of food that not only look exceptional but taste it as well. A meal here is a delight from start to finish, but of course, you’ll have to visit to experience that for yourself.
