Creating returns and refunds

If a customer requires a refund for goods or services previously purchased from your business, you will need to take a note of the email address they use for Pixie. Please then email support@pixieapp.co with the customer's email address and the amount they need to be refunded. Pixie will then take care of this for you by instantly crediting the customer's account with the refund amount. When it comes to receiving your next settlement from Pixie, the amount will be less the refund amount. If the refund amount is more than what would have been settled to you, the balance will be deducted from the next settlement/s due to you.
