Plant. Eat. Licious

We began our plant-based company during the Pandemic, but in actual fact, we’ve been nurturing this idea our whole lives! I’m Cristina, one of the co-founders, and I started my life in the soil. I was brought up in my dad’s garden kitchen, and the only food that I knew was the ones that we planted in the ground. I spent many years in the kitchen watching my Grandma create beautiful dishes from the simplest of ingredients – from that moment on, I was inspired! Creating Plant-eat-licious with my husband, Adrian, was a natural step for us. After 4 years of cooking for our vegan, vegan-curious and even meat-eating friends, we realised that our passion for good-quality, tasty, family-friendly food was about to grow. We started out as a food stall attending food festivals & private functions up and down the country, and we very quickly created a buzz around our food because it really is for everyone! We love to create new dishes but also re-design the old ones – because food should be a culinary experience that people remember long after the last mouthful.
