Hidden Collective

Hidden was unearthed by mistake, a fortuitous find in the midst of the pandemic's chaos. Emerging from the whirlwind of motherhood, Natasha felt a sense of disorientation and longing for a creative outlet; her industry shattered. Natasha's husband proposed the idea of opening a store, stumbling upon an alluring office space with an exquisite panelled front room. With a background in theatre and event planning, Natasha found immense joy in crafting immersive environments where people could lose themselves, surrendering to exploration and sensory experiences, momentarily escaping the outside world. For Natasha, Hidden was more than just a shop—it was a refuge where people could enter, take a breath, and follow their own curiosity. Each item carefully sourced for Hidden hailed from UK-based designers, makers, and creators. She was drawn to natural fibres, textures, and patterns that formed the store's essence. Guided by a belief in mindful gifting, she selected pieces with artistry and longevity, intended to be cherished, passed down, and infused with a soul of their own. Transforming the back room into a workshop and event space allowed Natasha to foster individual creativity and cultivate a sense of community, particularly after the isolating years that had transpired. Collaborating with local creatives, thinkers, and makers, she envisioned an array of workshops and events, ranging from soft play and quilting to modern calligraphy and homeware/clothing swaps. This space was designed to encompass holistic well-being in its truest sense—the thoughtful way. In many ways, the creation of Hidden marked Natasha's journey of self-discovery, a path that led her back to her truest self.
