Nestled in the heart of Easton, Bristol, Radical Roasters is a micro coffee roastery and café that embodies inclusivity and sustainability. Founded in November 2021 by Cat O’Shea, a seasoned coffee professional and certified Q Grader, the venture began in a modest garden shed with a 1kg roaster. By September 2022, it evolved into a vibrant café-roastery on St Mark’s Road, equipped with a 5kg Diedrich roaster, thanks to support from a council grant . The café offers a welcoming space adorned with eclectic décor, often described as a blend of "Granny’s living room" and "Irish bar". Radical Roasters is more than just a coffee shop; it's a community hub. Open from Thursday to Sunday, the café serves freshly roasted coffee alongside a selection of vegan, gluten-free, and halal pastries . The establishment is committed to social impact, hosting free coffee workshops for underrepresented groups in the industry .
