The Falafia
At The Falafia, you'll find a little corner of Trinity Market where falafel reigns supreme — crispy, spiced, and always freshly fried. We’re all about hearty wraps, vibrant salads, and comforting Middle Eastern staples, delivered with care and made for every kind of eater: vegan, veggie, and health-conscious.
We built this place because we wanted more than just quick food — we wanted a spot where people can stop, chat, and feel good about what they’re eating. Our falafel is made from a recipe we’ve lovingly tweaked, our sauces are layered with flavour, and everything comes together in a warm, welcoming stall where customers return for both the food and the vibe.
We believe that healthy doesn’t have to be boring — every falafel wrap, bowl or salad is made with passion, flavour, and a big dose of heart.

Hull has always done things its own way. Once England’s busiest port and a city that stood proudly apart during the Civil War, its spirit of independence runs deep. From the cobbled lanes of the Old Town to the vast Humber estuary, Hull’s story is one of resilience, reinvention, and community.
Today, that spirit shines through a city alive with culture and creativity.
