Food for Cowboys is our way of bringing proper, honest Mexican street food to Hull. What started in a small booth has grown into a space where we cook everything with real care — from our handmade tortillas to our slow-cooked meats, vibrant veggie fillings, and the chillies and spices we’ve sourced especially for the flavours we love.
Our menu is simple but full of personality: birria tacos with rich consommé, carnitas cooked low and slow, creative veggie options, and plates that are meant to be eaten with both hands and a big smile. We’ve created a place that feels relaxed, welcoming, and a little bit different — somewhere you can settle in, try something new, and taste food made with real heart.
