Deans Court Courtyard Café
Nestled opposite our Homestore in a converted 1930’s garage, The Deans Court Café is a little haven in the heart of Wimborne. We serve simple, homemade food inspired by the seasons, with at least one gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan option every day. Whether you’re here for a relaxed lunch, a sweet treat, or a coffee while browsing the Homestore, our menu is designed to make you feel at home.
We’ve created a space that’s as welcoming as it is charming—a quirky mix of vintage and modern design, plenty of outside seating in the summer, and a cosy warmth to snuggle into during the winter months. With free parking and takeaway options available, it’s easy to pop in, enjoy a moment of calm, and leave feeling refreshed.
We wanted to create a place where people can slow down, enjoy good food, and feel completely at ease—whether it’s a quick coffee or a long, lazy afternoon

About
Wimborne Minster
Positioned at the confluence of two rivers, Wimborne is a place of gentle tranquility yet it supports a vibrant selection of independent businesses and a thriving arts scene. At the heart of the town is sited Wimborne Minster, a Saxon church with its celebrated chained library and astronomical clock. This is surrounded by a beautiful selection of historic town houses, pubs, alleyways and squares that encourage a slower less hectic pace of life.
The town supports a host of well-frequented independent shops that sell all manner of unique items including books, children's toys, cookware, fine furniture, plus of course many fine eateries to enjoy in-between. A leisurely lunch at the Tickled Pig is one such way to enjoy a visit to this jewel in the crown of rural Dorset.
