How do I turn on Auto Top-up?

With Auto Top-up you can stop worrying whether you have enough in your Pixie account to pay for things in-store.

Switch on Auto top-up and Pixie will make sure you have enough balance to pay, by topping you up automatically during a transaction when you don't have sufficient funds.

Pixie will automatically top-up to the nearest £5 (£10 if your balance is below £10) during the transaction, using your saved payment card, meaning you never have to manually top-up, as long as the transaction is less than the top-up limit you set!

To turn on Auto Top-up, visit the Pixie app

WALLET - MANAGE CARD - AUTO TOP-UP - Switch on auto top-up

If you currently top-up using Apple Pay, you will need to add a card to your account to display the auto top-up option.
