Cascara Cafe
Cascara is back and under the new ownership of Sus, it’s taken on a new lease of life as a vegan cafe. Familiar to many for great coffee and a huge vegan cake menu, Cascara will now serve a selection of plant based foods perfect for those days when a tasty snack is just the ticket. The menu has been designed with plenty of dips, soups, hearty salad plates and of course vegan cakes galore.
Familiar to many as @RoughMeasures on Instagram, Sus is a self-confessed plant based foodie and brings her passion for good food and good coffee to this beautiful space. Spread over two floors Cascara is that lovely combination of spacious and intimate and is ideally located whether you need a pit stop from a shopping marathon or a lunch spot that won’t break the bank.
I just wanted to create a plant based cafe where people can come to eat and relax without feeling forced into buying a huge main meal
