Continuing the work of his former employer, Larkhall supplies high quality food to local households, restaurants and cafés. Recognising the increased demand for responsibly sourced meat, Peter uses his wealth of knowledge and experience to provide unique, bespoke solutions for every customer's needs, including advice on the best joints to use, recipe ideas and even delivery. They even produce a selection of handmade salami, charcuterie and ham from their own humidity controlled meat ageing cupboard. Situated in the heart of Larkhall village just outside of Bath city centre, Larkhall Butchers artfully combines the counter service of a traditional butchery with the professionalism of people passionate about food. From the city centre, you can often spot Peter making deliveries to many Pixie indies if you’re lucky. He has always keen to keep up the personal connection with the local businesses he supplies, delivering from his 100% electric vehicles.
